New hire orientation is an area in which training is important to be provided gradually so that there can be newly hired candidates getting used to learning in a particular manner. It is important to provide orientation to newly hired employees so that such employees can become aware of the culture of the organization (Chaudhery & Gill, 2020). Therefore, some of such candidates can decide after the training whether they would want to continue working in the organization or not. If any candidate wants to resign after the orientation of newly hired employees, it is a loss for an organization.
